What are we doing
What are we doing with all these houses???
We provide fully furnished, private bedrooms for rent in shared houses. We focus on tenants who collect a fixed income... SSI SSDI VA benefits etc
Why... Fixed income recipients???
These tenants find it difficult to obtain a clean quiet place to live, most landlords require income 3x rent. An SSI recipient doesn't make that much monthly, limiting their housing options. However from our experience they do make sure their bills are paid immediately on the first or the third!!!
This is usually an older crowd, more calm and just looking for a clean, quiet, private, place to call home!! That's where we come in!!
